These Terms & Conditions govern use of the EduProd HSTR teacher-recruitment preparation platform. By creating an account, purchasing access or using subscribed features, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational service
EduProd provides digital learning, practice and assessment tools. The platform is intended to assist preparation; it does not guarantee selection, marks, rank, employment or any examination outcome.
2. Independent platform
EduProd is an independent preparation platform and is not a recruiting authority or government examination portal unless a page expressly states otherwise.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your credentials confidential. Access is personal to the registered user. The platform may enforce session-security measures, including limiting simultaneous active sessions, to protect accounts and subscriptions.
4. Subscriptions
The product, price and access period shown at checkout apply to the purchase. HSTR General Paper, Social Science and Science (CBZ) are sold separately. General + Social Science and General + Science combination plans are also available. Access starts after successful payment verification and entitlement activation.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another displayed authorised payment provider. A payment is treated as successful only after the platform receives and verifies the appropriate success information. A debit from a bank account does not by itself mean that the subscription has been successfully activated.
6. Content and intellectual property
Questions, explanations, worksheets, generated papers, software, design and other EduProd materials are provided for the registered user's personal educational use. Copying, republishing, scraping, reselling, redistributing or using substantial platform content to build another question bank or commercial service is prohibited without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, automate extraction of protected content, misuse another person's account or use the platform unlawfully.
8. Academic accuracy
We take reasonable care in preparing and reviewing content and may revise questions or explanations when better information or corrections become available. Candidates should follow official notifications and prescribed sources for authoritative examination rules, dates, eligibility and recruitment decisions.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but may perform maintenance, security updates or technical changes. Temporary interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund; material unresolved access failures will be handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, payment reversal, serious misuse, security risks or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we may contact the account holder before or after taking protective action.
11. Refunds
Refunds and payment-error handling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
