This Privacy Policy explains how EduProd by EduNudge handles information when you create an account, purchase a subscription, use the HSTR platform or contact support.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number where provided, login/account identifiers, subscription status and service-use records. We also retain payment references and transaction status needed to reconcile subscriptions and provide support.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed through Razorpay. EduProd does not ask you to provide card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs to us. Payment credentials entered in the Razorpay checkout are handled by the payment service and participating financial institutions. EduProd receives transaction identifiers, status and other information required to confirm or support the purchase.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, activate subscriptions, provide platform features, prevent abuse, maintain session security, respond to support requests, reconcile payments, improve the service and send necessary service communications.
4. Service providers
We may use trusted providers for payment processing, hosting, security and transactional email. They receive information only as needed to provide those services.
5. Cookies and sessions
The platform may use essential cookies or session identifiers to keep you signed in, protect account access and operate subscribed features. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other core functions from working correctly.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect account data. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than readable plain text. No online system can, however, guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain account, transaction and support records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate account information or to raise a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, transaction records, dispute handling or applicable obligations.
9. Children and account use
This HSTR preparation platform is intended for teacher-recruitment candidates and other adults using the service for examination preparation.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform, service providers or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
