Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

EduProd sells digital subscription access. This policy explains how failed, duplicate and successful payments are handled.

1. Failed payments

If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but the payment is marked failed by Razorpay or the banking network, EduProd does not treat that transaction as a successful subscription purchase. Such failed-payment debits are ordinarily reversed or refunded through the payment/banking system. The exact time depends on the payment method and financial institution.

If the amount is not returned within the timeline shown by Razorpay or your bank, contact us with the registered email address and payment reference so that we can help trace the transaction.

2. Duplicate payments

If the same intended subscription is charged more than once because of a genuine duplicate transaction, contact us promptly. After verification, the duplicate successful payment will be eligible for refund.

3. Successful digital subscriptions

Because access to digital content and tools is provided after successful payment and activation, successfully activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable merely because the user changes their mind or no longer wishes to prepare for the examination.

4. Technical activation failure

If payment is successful but the purchased entitlement is not activated, contact us. We will first attempt to activate or restore the purchased access. If we are unable to provide the paid service after reasonable investigation, an appropriate refund may be issued.

5. Incorrect product or exceptional cases

If you believe you purchased the wrong EduProd product or there are exceptional circumstances, contact us promptly before substantial use of the subscribed content. Any discretionary refund will depend on transaction status, account use and the circumstances reported.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated through the available payment channel and are returned to the original payment method where supported. Banks and payment providers may require additional time after a refund is initiated.

7. Cancellation

Current HSTR access is sold as a fixed-period digital subscription rather than an automatically renewing recurring mandate unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. There is therefore no recurring subscription to cancel for the current HSTR digital subscription products.

8. How to request support

Email support@edunudge.in with your name, registered email address, payment ID/order ID if available, amount and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or card PINs.
